Shipping

We aim to ship your order as quickly as we can (next business day at the latest), all items are sent via a tracked courier service and we use a 24 hour service.

Free shipping is applicable to orders over and abover £25.00.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we are happy to accept returns within 28 days from the date the item shipped. Items must be returned in unused condition.

In order to return an item please email us using the form below and we will confirm an RMA number which must be included with the returned item. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item back into our warehouse.

The customer is responsible for any cost to return the item to us and we advise you use a tracked and insured service. In the case of faulty items we will ask you to provide a receipt of postage and once the item is returned and checked this will also be refunded. Please note shipping fees are non refundable.
